Not running in term 3 – I’m just too busy!
We all know that music is great for our mental health, so let’s go deep and really be mindful about it.
Play pieces that are repetitive, melodic and relaxing to play. Add consciously breathing while we play and before you know it, you’re meditating with the music.
This class involves a little basic strumming and a lot of simple fingerpicking and it moves at a slow pace so even beginners can join in.

Weekly – on zoom.
Monday 12-1pm from 6 February 2023 (excludes 13 March public holiday)
Casual $20 or the whole 8 week term $120
The session recordings and the course materials will be made available for the sessions you have paid for.
