Beginners Ukulele Class
Learn playing skills with professional ukulele teacher, Steph Payne – Level 3 Certified James Hill Ukulele Initiative teacher.
We will look at various techniques:
- Chords strumming
- Chord picking
- Melody fingerpicking
Generally, we will work on whatever is useful for the people who are in the room. The levels vary but I’ll always make sure there is content that everyone can do.
You will need:
- A ukulele – playable ukuleles begin from around $80 at music stores.
- An electronic clip-on tuner (unless your uke has a built-in tuner)
- Music Stand
- Display Folder
